In most cases if you have a question or concern related to your child's team related activities, you should:
First contact your coach or manager.
If your coach or manager can not answer your question or resolve your concern, they will contact the Technical Director/Technical Lead.
If the Technical Director or Technical Lead can not answer your question or resolve your concern they will contact the Vice President.
If the Vice President can not answer your question or resolve your concerns they will escalate it to the Board of Directors.
We ask that all members and stakeholders follow these lines of communication. For all other questions related to the operations of the club please use the following chart to help you direct your questions.
