U11 Skill Centre Program (Birth Year 2014 & 2015)
In our pre-academy training program (Skills Centre), we look to give our players as much time and opportunities with the ball at their feet putting them in real game scenarios. Players will start learning the basic principles of play in a fun and challenging environment.

- Ball Manipulation/Retention
- Team Structure
- Learning the basic Principles of Play
- Competition in the NSSL Festival League

What is a Skill Centre?
A Skill Centre is a program that allows all players in Canada an opportunity to play the game regardless of their level of experience or ability. The program is based on the long term player development model with the hopes of encouraging younger players to play for a longer amount of time.
The training sessions will be based on the following principles:
- Contact time with the ball is high
- Training will resemble a game
- Training will be fun for everyone
- The program will be accessible
- All players will receive meaningful feedback from the coaches
